Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.supralondon.com

1) All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling including VAT. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

2) All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

3) Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Electron and American Express and Paypal. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase. All payments are processed manually in our store. We can only send orders to the billing address of the credit card holder.

For OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS outside UK mainland we can only accept payment by PAYPAL . Please log on to Paypal.com and then you send money to ‘ orders@supralondon.com’

4). Currently all UK mainland orders are shipped FREE OF CHARGE using either Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Special Delivery (next working day delivery). Available to UK mainland customers only. International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International signed for service, which may take between 5-10 days.

5) Should there be a delay in delivery we will notify you within 48 hours, you will be advised of the expected delivery date or if the product is no longer available.

6) Supralondon.com is unable to provide warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.

7) In the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing or by email. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the product and contact us within 10 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the item to be exchanged or provide a full refund on return of the goods in their original packaging.

8) Supralondon.com is happy to refund or exchange orders within a 14-day period, which are returned in a saleable condition in original packaging and with all swing tags attached. We are unable to refund return shipping; if the item was shipped with free shipping you will be refunded minus the original postage cost. Faulty goods – in the event of a fault the goods may be returned to the manufacturer. To make returns please email details to: info@supralondon.com Items returned should be securely packaged and sent Recorded Delivery or Registered Post. Supralondon cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned.

9) Should you ever have cause to make a complaint, we guarantee to respond within five working days.

10) We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

11) We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it possible to do so, to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.

12) At Supralondon.com we utilise the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your personal information including debit or credit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. Under no circumstances are details disclosed to a third party.

14) None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
